  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

  • Currently, we offer shipping to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping.
